We've built the first real-time medical review platform to fix clinical and compliance risks before they impact patients. Serving over 250,000 providers across all 50 states, we're a Series A company funded by First Round Capital, Left Lane Capital, and Menlo Ventures. **The Role** We're hiring a Senior Product Engineer to ship meaningful products end-to-end. You'll work across the full stack at the intersection of engineering, product, and users—taking features from ideation through architecture, implementation, polish, and launch. **What You'll Do** • Translate product ideas into technical designs and ship end-to-end • Build features across frontend, backend, and data layers • Collaborate directly with design, product, and leadership • Own projects from concept to production • Make pragmatic tradeoffs between speed and craft **You Might Be a Fit If You** • Have shipped full-stack features independently in a high-velocity startup • Are product-minded and user-obsessed • Operate well in ambiguity and can define scope from rough ideas • Care equally about velocity and quality • Enjoy wearing multiple hats across the stack **Required Skills** • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience • Experience building and scaling data-intensive, user-facing applications • Familiarity with AWS deployments and cloud infrastructure • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills • Track record of ownership and initiative **Nice to Have** • Healthcare or life sciences background • Experience with LLM integration in production **Compensation & Benefits** $230,000 - $300,000 + equity • 401(k), Medical/Dental/Vision (up to 100% coverage), HSA/FSA • 11 paid holidays + unlimited PTO • Hybrid schedule (4 days onsite, 3 if >1 hour away) • Training and professional development • Dinner via DoorDash & stocked kitchen (NY)
