**Everpure — Principal Services Solution Architect (Cloud Native & Kubernetes)** Everpure has evolved from a storage pioneer to a data platform company, and is accelerating growth into FY27. As a **Principal Services Solution Architect**, you’ll spearhead the strategy and evolution of **Advanced Services** across the cloud-native and container domain—focused on **Portworx® by Everpure™**, **Kubernetes**, and modern virtualization. You’ll serve as the **ultimate technical authority** for this domain, bridging market gaps and turning emerging customer challenges into scalable, high-impact offerings. You’ll partner closely with **Product, Engineering, Sales, and Delivery** to shape how enterprise clients modernize infrastructure on the Everpure™ Platform. --- ## What You’ll Do - **Drive Domain Strategy & Roadmap:** Own the global Advanced Services strategy for **Kubernetes, cloud-native storage, modern virtualization, and Portworx® by Everpure™**, aligning service innovation with enterprise priorities and market expansion. - **Architect & Validate MVPs:** Design, pilot, and validate solution services through strategic customer engagements—turning complex challenges into market-tested consulting frameworks. - **Build Scalable Consulting Offerings:** Convert successful pilots into standardized, repeatable Professional Services packages by defining scopes, delivery methods, success criteria, and technical enablement assets. - **Provide Technical Leadership:** Act as the definitive authority on **container platforms, persistent storage, and modern virtualization** (including **OpenShift Virtualization** and **KubeVirt**) across strategic enterprise opportunities. - **Enable Global Delivery:** Partner with regional/global delivery teams to transition new offerings into execution, providing early specialist support and defining skill methodologies. --- ## What You Bring - **Services Strategy & Innovation Expertise:** Proven experience in professional services, solution architecture, or technology transformation—able to create, evolve, and scale repeatable enterprise consulting offerings. - **Deep Cloud-Native & Kubernetes Mastery:** Expert knowledge of **Kubernetes architectures**, container platforms (e.g., **Red Hat OpenShift**), **Linux**, and modern virtualization (e.g., **OpenShift Virtualization**, **KubeVirt**, workload migration). - **Stateful Applications & Storage Acumen:** Strong understanding of persistent data, software-defined storage, data protection, disaster recovery, and infrastructure-as-code automation in complex enterprise environments. - **Cross-Functional Stakeholder Leadership:** Exceptional customer-facing consultative skills with the ability to influence across executives and teams (Product, Engineering, Sales, Delivery) to achieve commercial viability. - **Office Location:** Primarily **in-office**—expected to work from the **RTP office** in line with Everpure policies unless on PTO, travel, or other approved leave. --- ## What You Can Expect From Us - **Innovation:** Think critically, embrace challenges, and help drive trailblazing work. - **Growth:** Support to grow and contribute to meaningful impact (Fortune’s Best Workplaces in Technology™ and more). - **Team:** Collaboration and shared focus on the greater good.
