The Resilience Cloud is a fully managed, cloud-native SaaS platform delivering air-gapped and immutable protection across cloud, SaaS, on-premises, endpoint, and edge environments. **About the Role** As a Cloud Operations Engineer, you’ll support, maintain, and scale cloud infrastructure in a fast-paced, complex, FedRAMP-certified environment. You’ll develop expertise in cloud operations, proactively monitor systems, and assist cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, highly available solutions. **Responsibilities** - Participate in weekly team meetings with DevOps, Support, and QA - Monitor and manage cloud infrastructure, including Friday evening deployments of production updates and OS patches - Support AWS and Azure services and build foundational expertise across core infrastructure components **Incident Response & Troubleshooting** - Prioritize and address tickets related to server, network, and storage issues - Provide escalated support for problems and incidents - Ensure incident resolution is within the defined SLA **Automation & Monitoring** - Develop, maintain, and enhance Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation) and automation scripts for testing and deployment - Configure and deploy tools for proactive monitoring, observability, and security (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus/Thanos, Wiz, OpenSearch) **Communication & Collaboration** - Communicate project updates and tasks to the Operations team and stakeholders - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless cloud operations **Expectations** - Support production deployments scheduled on Fridays between 5pm–11pm PDT on a rotating basis - Identify and resolve vulnerabilities in the FedRAMP environment - Develop and monitor dashboards to track real-time metrics **Experience & Skills** - Minimum 2 years of related experience (or advanced degree / equivalent experience) - Proficiency in AWS and Azure (or another cloud provider) - Experience with containerized applications (ECS, Kubernetes, Docker) - Experience with observability and monitoring (Grafana, OpenSearch) - Experience with an SIEM (Security Incident and Event Management) application - Familiarity with a programming language (Python, Go) - Familiar with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation) - Knowledge of Linux deployments and patching (Ubuntu, RHEL) - **U.S. citizenship required** to support Federal customer engagements; existing or ability to obtain a U.S. government security clearance (Public Trust, Secret, or higher) is a strong plus **Certifications (Bonus)** - AWS, Azure, RHEL, CCNA **Why You’ll Love Working Here** Innovation is how we operate—bold thinking, continuous improvement, and global teams that experiment, iterate, and build products customers can rely on. **What We Offer** - Pay range: **$108,000–$151,333/year** (base pay may vary by factors such as location, skills, and experience) - Potential additional compensation: discretionary annual bonus/commissions and equity - Benefits: health and wellness, 401(k), life and disability insurance, and more **Data Privacy Notice for Job Candidates** For details on personal data processing, see the **Druva Privacy Policy**: https://www.druva.com/privacy-policy
