**LVC Training & Simulation Center of Excellence (COE) Lead** **About the Role** Accenture Federal Services is seeking a senior leader to run the Live, Virtual, and Constructive (LVC) Training & Simulation Center of Excellence. This is a hands-on leadership role combining technical architecture ownership with business development—roughly 50% building and running the capability and team, 50% growing the business. **Key Responsibilities** **Own Technical Direction** • Set and maintain reference architecture and interoperability standards for LVC/synthetic training environments • Establish engineering standards, integration patterns, and quality/security gates • Evaluate and decide on tools, technologies, and partnerships across the ecosystem **Architect & Integrate** • Lead end-to-end design and integration of composable synthetic environments • Resolve interoperability across simulations, engines, C2/data services, and terrain • Own model verification, validation, and configuration management **Guide Delivery & Demonstrations** • Manage delivery cadence, quality, schedule, risk, and security posture • Plan and execute credible, repeatable demonstrations for customers • Recommend IR&D and technology investments for sustained differentiation **Build & Lead Team** • Recruit, develop, and retain engineering talent • Manage partner and vendor ecosystem • Coach engineers on integrated toolsets and AI-enabled workflows **Grow the Practice** • Contribute to growth strategy and market positioning • Build relationships across DoD and coalition stakeholders • Qualify pipeline and lead priority captures through award **Required Qualifications** • Deep, current knowledge of composable LVC/synthetic-training ecosystem (HLA, DIS, TENA, MSDL standards) • 10+ years in modeling, simulation, and synthetic training with hands-on architecture/integration experience • Experience leading technical delivery teams with responsibility for quality, schedule, risk, and security • Hands-on, action-oriented leader who can brief senior customers and answer hard technical questions • Significant DoD experience and working knowledge of federal acquisition (FAR/DFARS) • Active relationships within DoD or coalition training/readiness acquisition ecosystems • Willingness to travel ~25% to customer sites and industry events • **U.S. Citizenship required; ability to obtain Secret clearance required** **Bonus Qualifications** • Hands-on experience with VBS4, MACE, SWORD, Unity, Unreal, Omniverse, HLA/DIS/TENA gateways • **Palantir (PLTR) experience** (particularly AI-enabled decision-support and multi-domain C2) • AI/automation experience in synthetic environments and engineering workflows • Established relationships across LVC/M&S partner ecosystem • Coalition training program and international event experience • Capture/proposal methodology experience (Shipley, APMP, PMP) • Active Secret or Top Secret/SCI clearance • Advanced degree in engineering, computer science, operations research, or related field **Security Requirements** U.S. Citizenship required. Active Secret clearance preferred; ability to obtain one required. Higher clearances (Top Secret/SCI) may be needed for some pursuits. Remote within U.S. with travel to customer sites.
