**SAP Release Manager** **About the Role** Support a large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementation as a Release Manager, partnering with the Release Management Lead to coordinate and manage release delivery across the entire project lifecycle. Serve as a central connection point among cross-functional teams, technical teams, and client stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** • Support full lifecycle of SAP releases (planning, build, testing, readiness reviews, deployment) • Manage release calendar and track milestones aligned with Navy operational timelines • Oversee transport migration across SAP environments (Dev, QA, Pre-Prod, Prod) • Utilize SAP Solution Manager ChaRM for transport management, approvals, and audit compliance • Ensure adherence to federal and DoD standards for security, documentation, and quality assurance • Collaborate with functional consultants, ABAP developers, BASIS administrators, security teams, and testers • Serve as primary contact for client leadership on release status, readiness, and risks • Facilitate release readiness reviews and go/no-go decision meetings • Identify and mitigate risks related to code collisions, testing gaps, and deployment conflicts **Required Qualifications** • 5+ years of SAP Release Management, SAP BASIS, or Change Management experience • Strong hands-on experience with SAP Solution Manager ChaRM • Exceptional communication skills; ability to translate technical details for executive stakeholders • U.S. Citizen with Active Secret clearance **Nice to Have** • Experience with full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementation • Agile or SAFe framework experience within SAP programs • Prior federal or DoD ERP implementation support **Compensation** $119,900 – $236,800 USD (for select states and DC) **About Accenture Federal Services** A technology company within global Accenture, recognized as a Glassdoor Top 100 Best Place to Work.
