**SBU System Support Analyst II** Liberty Mutual is seeking an experienced **System Support Analyst** to help re-engineer business operations and improve business results through strong business and technical analysis. --- ## Key Responsibilities - **Evaluate business requirements** and analyze models/data and/or system requirements - **Analyze and document** business problems of moderate complexity - **Develop test plans**, perform testing, and **approve new system behaviors** - **Coordinate upgrades and rollouts** of moderate scope ### Forms & Output Delivery Portfolio (Core Focus) - Serve as the **domain and technical liaison** across Personal Lines product programs - Specialize in: - **Pre-bind and post-bind form generation** - **Output publishing pipelines** - **Regulatory/statistical data integrity** - Work with **Product Owners, Compliance, Forms Analysts, and Engineering squads** to: - Analyze **state and countrywide rule rollouts** - Troubleshoot **print and data distribution pipelines** - Validate policy outputs from **quote creation → issuance → reporting** ### Core Workstreams - **Pre-Bind Forms Modernization & UI Integration** - Support quote-and-bind platforms by defining/testing print logic, screen displays, and dynamic templates for: - Quote Summaries - Applications - Package Selection forms - Endorsement Coverage Confirmations (ECC) - **State Rollout & Compliance Implementation** - Translate regulatory mandates and product feature rollouts into: - Form triggers - Suppression rules - Variable tag requirements - **Output Publishing & STAT Data Investigation** - Research and resolve discrepancies in downstream statistical/regulatory data feeds - Analyze payload logic and maintain publishing mapping documentation - **Forms Generation & Distribution Pipelines** - Partner with engineering squads on vehicle/property forms generation services (e.g., **forms-api, Forms-Batch, Vehicle-Orchestrator**) - Ensure accurate **form edition versioning**, binder generation, and proposal distribution - **Payload Analysis, Defect Triage & Test Data Enablement** - Conduct root-cause investigations on production print errors (e.g., XML payload mismatches, regex validation failures) - Query policy data, create non-prod test scenarios, and provide verified test policies for developer/QA validation --- ## Work Location / Schedule - **Remote position** for candidates who **reside within 50 miles of a hub office** - **Required in-office: 2 days per week** - Please note: this policy **may change** --- ## Qualifications - **Bachelor’s degree** in business or technical discipline **or equivalent experience** - **Minimum 3 years** related experience - General knowledge of: - Business operations, objectives, strategies, and information flow - IT concepts, strategies, and methodologies - Diverse technologies and new/current architectures - Re-engineering issues and challenges - Skills in: - Object/data/process modeling - Financial analysis and planning - Business process design - Strong **negotiation** and **oral/written communication** skills ### Preferred / Valued - Experience with **AI tools and techniques** (e.g., prompt engineering, output validation, AI fundamentals) - Not required—encouraged to develop these skills --- ## About Liberty Mutual Liberty Mutual is committed to creating a workplace where everyone feels valued, supported, and can thrive.
