Joining now means shaping both the company and a new category of applied AI—where every project ships to production and is expected to create measurable customer value and impact. ### About the Role As an **AI Product Engineer**, you’ll build and deploy state-of-the-art software solutions that automate real-world problems. You’ll work directly with customers to develop the product spec and build from zero—turning research breakthroughs into practical solutions for complex, high-impact environments. ### In This Role, You Will - **Innovate and Deploy:** Design, develop, and deploy AI-integrated software solutions to automate complex, manual processes (especially in government and industrial sectors). Use modern web frameworks, microservices, and cloud computing. - **Make a Big Impact:** Partner with key customer stakeholders and work alongside experienced peers (including ex-founders, government officials/ministers, AI researchers, and engineers) to deliver AI-powered software solutions. - **Optimize and Scale:** Build scalable data pipelines, integrate industrial sensor networks, optimize performance and reliability, and prepare systems for production. - **Learn and Lead:** Participate in code reviews, share knowledge, maintain high-quality engineering practices, and mentor junior engineers. - **Make a Difference:** Monitor and maintain deployed applications to ensure they continue delivering value; work with customer engineers and SMEs to tune applications for measurable upside. ### You Will Thrive If You Have - **2+ years** of experience and a strong desire to work directly with customers to define the software spec and build from zero - Experience across **front-end and back-end**, **microservices**, and **cloud platforms** - Familiarity with modern web tooling such as **React, TypeScript, RESTful APIs**, and **database management systems** - Strong foundations in **software design**, **data structures**, and **algorithms** - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills; proactive approach - Enjoyment working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment - Ability to own problems end-to-end and learn quickly - Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in **Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field** ### Benefits - Competitive salary - **Medical, Dental, Vision (100% coverage)** - Paid **Maternity and Paternity Leave** - **401(k)** - Daily lunches - Commuter benefits - **Unlimited PTO** ### Why Join Us - Ship quickly, iterate constantly, and see your work deployed at global scale - Collaborate with industry veterans - Career growth driven by ownership and impact - Competitive compensation + meaningful equity - Culture built on speed, curiosity, and impact If you want to build AI that ships to production and creates real-world impact, **Brain Co.** is the place to build.
