## Network Engineer **Atlas Energy Solutions Inc. (NYSE: AESI)** ### About the Role Lead a team of network and system engineers overseeing the technical success of production environments in the Permian Basin as an integral part of the Technology Team. ### Key Responsibilities • Lead evaluation, installation, and maintenance of production infrastructure including control systems, databases, and Microsoft Windows Server environments • Implement OT infrastructure standards and best practices across Site OT and Process Automation platforms • Bridge the gap between Automation and underlying Storage, Compute, and Network infrastructure • Execute control system virtualization/cloud administration, capacity planning, and platform upgrades • Manage computer system validation and control system lifecycle management • Lead Global Cyber Security Initiatives at site level • Develop infrastructure strategy, architecture, and service delivery standards ### Required Qualifications • Technical degree with 5-8 years of experience • 5+ years as System Administrator with Operating Systems, Virtualization, LAN/WAN, Firewalls, SQL Servers • 5+ years systems engineer experience in automation systems design/implementation (oil & gas preferred) • 24/7 support availability including on-call weekends/holidays • Willingness to travel 50% of the time • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and time management skills • Team player with hands-on attitude and customer service focus ### Preferred Experience • Industrial environment and automation experience • OT/SCADA environments and technologies • OT protocols (Modbus/OPC) • Regulatory and security frameworks in OT space • VMware, MS Server, Active Directory, Citrix, Cisco networking • Enterprise security solutions ### Location & Physical Demands **Location:** West, Texas | **Travel:** Up to 50% **Environment:** Indoor/Outdoor manufacturing setting | **Lifting:** Up to 50 lbs ### Why Join Us ✓ Great Place to Work certified | ✓ 100% covered Medical, Dental, Vision ✓ 401K with company match & immediate vesting | ✓ 15+ paid holidays ✓ Recognized Top Place to Work (Austin American Statesman) **Equal Opportunity Employer**
