Series A backed by 8VC, Primary, and Pear with QoQ revenue growth. **About the Role** As the first data hire, you'll architect our company-wide data infrastructure and analytics strategy. You'll design and maintain data pipelines, centralize data sources, establish metric definitions, and deliver actionable insights across the organization. **What You'll Do** • Architect and scale our central data warehouse and ELT/ETL pipelines • Design robust data models and transformation layers • Establish and standardize core business metrics and KPIs • Deliver executive and operational reporting and analytical models • Develop BI dashboards and self-service analytics tools • Partner with stakeholders to identify analytical needs • Write clean, efficient SQL and code for automation • Implement data validation, QA tests, and governance practices **What We're Looking For** • 5+ years in analytics, analytics engineering, or BI • Bachelor's in CS, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Data Science, or related field • Advanced SQL and data modeling (dbt or equivalent) • Python for ETL/ELT work • Built a data warehouse from scratch at a sub-500 person company • Deep B2B revenue funnel knowledge (pipeline, CAC, NRR) • Ability to define, defend, and operationalize metrics **Nice to Have** • BigQuery or GCP data stack • HubSpot experience • Financial controls or SOC 2 audit support • Prior first data hire experience **What We Offer** • $140K–$160K base + equity • Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with 100% match up to 4% • Build the entire data function • On-site in SF at 101 Second Street
