You’ll **embed directly with a customer’s engineering team**, helping revolutionize their software development with Blitzy. This is **not** a typical solutions engineer role—you’ll **write production code**, architect solutions, and work shoulder-to-shoulder with customer engineers to deliver transformative outcomes. You’ll be comfortable debugging complex integrations, participating in sprint planning, and whiteboarding architecture with senior leadership. ### Responsibilities - Deploy Blitzy into complex enterprise environments, navigating constraints and delivering immediate value with customer engineering teams. - Embed during critical implementations as a technical co-pilot across sprint planning, architecture reviews, and technical decision-making. - Translate ambitious business/executive goals into concrete technical implementations (custom integrations, extensions, and solutions using Blitzy). - Write production-quality code integrating Blitzy with existing enterprise systems; create reusable patterns, scripts, and tools to accelerate adoption. - Debug complex issues across customer infrastructure and the Blitzy platform; create technical demos showcasing advanced use cases and customer value. - Drive successful POCs that expand into enterprise-wide deployments; identify expansion opportunities based on technical insights. - Serve as a trusted technical advisor to engineering leaders by translating technical possibilities into business outcomes. - Decompose executive vision into actionable engineering roadmaps; identify recurring customer patterns that influence product priorities. - Collaborate with product/engineering teams to turn field experience into platform improvements, documentation, reusable best practices, and contributions to the core platform. ### Qualifications - **4+ years** of software engineering experience shipping **production code**. - Fluency in multiple languages, including **Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, Go, or C#**. - Strong understanding of modern software development practices: **CI/CD, microservices, cloud architecture, Agile/Scrum**. - Experience with enterprise software lifecycles: **Jira, legacy modernization, large-scale migrations**. - Ability to navigate complex technical environments and build strong stakeholder rela
