The team builds foundations that power **CorpOS** and **ArsenalOS**, unifying systems and accelerating development velocity. **About the Job** We’re looking for a **Senior Software Engineer** to build new products for some of Anduril’s highest-priority operational needs. This is a **greenfield product-engineering** role: you’ll move quickly from ambiguous problems to working software, learn directly from customers, and take ownership beyond implementation. You’ll partner closely with a product manager to shape what gets built, make product/technical trade-offs, launch applications, and iterate until you create measurable value. **What You’ll Do** - Own technical delivery of greenfield applications from concept through production launch and iteration - Partner with a product manager as a product-engineering pair to shape scope, priorities, UX, technical approach, and success measures - Work directly with customers and end users to understand operational problems, test assumptions, gather feedback, and improve the product - Build high-quality full-stack product experiences using modern web technologies and CorpTech Platform capabilities - Make pragmatic architecture/implementation decisions that maximize learning and speed while preserving a path to reliability and scale - Break ambiguous initiatives into testable product increments and ship useful software before every requirement is known - Communicate progress, trade-offs, risks, and results clearly to technical partners, business stakeholders, and senior leadership - Use frontier AI tooling and AI-enabled development workflows to accelerate prototyping, implementation, testing, and iteration - Raise the product-engineering bar by improving reusable patterns, technical foundations, and development practices for future zero-to-one teams **Required Qualifications** - 5+ years of experience building and shipping software products (ideally in a fast-paced environment) - Experience taking a software product/feature from ambiguous problem to production launch - Deep expertise in one or more areas of full-stack web development (backend, frontend, or systems integration) with ability to contribute across the stack - Proficiency with **JavaScript, React, TypeScript**, and frameworks such as **Next.js** - Experience partnering closely with product management, design, and end users to shape solutions - Strong product judgment balancing delivery speed, customer value, technical quality, and long-term maintainability - Ability to operate autonomously with incomplete information and communicate clearly on high-visibility work - Degree in a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience) - **U.S. Person status required** (role needs access to export controlled data) **Preferred Qualifications** - Experience building zero-to-one pro
