Our Lattice OS—an AI-powered operating system—turns thousands of data streams into a realtime, 3D command and control center. **About the Team** Anduril's Space team expands AI-powered capabilities into space, enhancing Space Domain Awareness, Space Control, and Command and Control for U.S. military and allied partners through fully integrated hardware and software systems. **The Role** Serve as the senior technical authority for all classified network infrastructure. Own stability, security compliance, and lifecycle management of network hardware, encrypted connectivity, and cryptographic materials across all classification levels. Lead the Cyber team's infrastructure, firewall policies, encrypted WAN connectivity, and COMSEC operations. **Key Responsibilities** • Design and deploy network solutions across all classification levels • Manage enterprise network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, cryptographic equipment) • Troubleshoot complex issues and drive root cause analysis for major incidents • Develop secure, highly available architectures aligned with STIG/JSIG requirements • Own operational health and full lifecycle of all network hardware • Serve as technical escalation for complex network and COMSEC issues • Maintain STIG compliance and JSIG posture; coordinate ConMon requirements • Oversee classified WAN networks across all sites and classification domains • Maintain network segmentation policies and firewall rule sets • Support enterprise services (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, patch management) • Develop automation scripts and Ansible playbooks • Monitor system health and respond to security alerts • Support vulnerability scanning and remediation efforts **Required Qualifications** • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience • 8+ years hands-on experience with enterprise network infrastructure in classified environments • Deep expertise in Cisco IOS-XE, NX-OS, and security appliances • Demonstrated COMSEC operations experience (key management, material accountability, NSA coordination) • Strong understanding of STIG compliance, JSIG requirements, and RMF processes • Experience with network segmentation and firewall rules in multi-domain classified environments • Proven ability to lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions • Excellent communication and mentoring skills • Industry certification (CCNP Security, CCNP Enterprise, CISSP, or equivalent) • Eligible to obtain and maintain U.S. Secret security clearance **Preferred Qualifications** • Experience with MACsec, HSRP, VRF, VPC, ACLs, BGP, and EIGRP • Recent hands-on experience with Cisco IOS-XE and NX-OS • Experience with Cisco FTD, ASA firewalls, or VPN concentrators • Oversight of classified WAN connectivity across multiple sites • Familiarity with Change Advisory Board (CAB) and ITIL-aligned change management • CCNP certification or equivalent advanced networking credential **Compensation & Benefits** 💰 **Salary Range:** $146,000 – $194,000 USD Competitive equity grants included in most full-time offers.
