**Entry Level Systems Engineer, C2 Networking, Clearance Eligible** **About the Role** Anduril Industries is seeking entry-level engineers to develop unmanned aerial systems (UAS) with advanced command and control capabilities. You'll work on platforms like Anvil, Altius, and Ghost, building resilient networking solutions for autonomous systems operating in remote environments. **What You'll Do** • Enable UAS C2 capabilities through resilient network design • Derive system/subsystem/component level requirements • Design, develop and maintain system components in complex environments • Document software engineering processes and networking best practices • Deploy, configure, and maintain lab and flight-test networking hardware (tactical radios, switches, routers, edge compute) • Support hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) integration and bench testing for C2 and sensor data validation • Build and maintain physical and virtual test setups for contested, high-latency, bandwidth-constrained environments **Required Qualifications** • Bachelor's Degree in STEM (EE, ME, Aerospace, Physics, CS, or related engineering) • Passion for networking, system design, and engineering • Basic networking familiarity • Demonstrated ownership from internships or side projects • Go-getter mentality and eagerness to learn • Excellent organizational, detail-oriented, and communication skills • Commitment to positive, inclusive, collaborative culture • Ability to travel up to 25% as needed • Ability to obtain DoD Security Clearance **Preferred Qualifications** • Network engineering experience • Linux-based operating systems knowledge • Test script development (Python, Matlab, etc.) • RF integration experience with UAS • Tactical radio familiarity **Compensation & Benefits** 💰 **Salary Range:** $100,000 – $145,000 USD • Competitive equity grants included in most offers • Top-tier benefits package (health, recovery, and more) *For more information on benefits, visit Anduril's careers page.*
