**Systems Engineering Integration and Test Lead, IBCS-M** **About the Role** Anduril Industries seeks a Systems Engineering, Integration, and Test (SEIT) Lead to join the Air Defense team in Irvine, CA or Huntsville, AL. You'll own the technical thread of IBCS-M integration end-to-end: driving SDK and API integration for first-party and third-party systems, defining and executing test campaigns, maintaining requirements and configuration control, and leading technical gate reviews. **Key Responsibilities** • Direct integration across IBCS-M subsystems, including SDK/API integration for Anduril systems (Vampire, RPS-42, WISP) and partner systems • Own test planning, execution, and validation—define approach, pass/fail criteria, and procedures to prove operational readiness • Maintain technical baselines through configuration control, requirements traceability, and risk management • Lead SRR, PDR, CDR, and TRR reviews, determining technical readiness at each stage **Required Qualifications** • 5+ years in systems engineering, integration, and test (defense, national security, or aerospace) • Demonstrated leadership of system integration across hardware, software, and/or manufacturing • Hands-on experience planning and executing system-level test campaigns • Experience with requirements traceability, configuration management, and risk management • Strong written and verbal communication with engineering and non-technical stakeholders • Ability to work across hardware, software, and test disciplines • Ability to obtain minimum Secret Clearance • Up to 25% travel required **Preferred Qualifications** • Experience in autonomous systems, robotics, or air defense • Third-party/partner system integration via SDKs and APIs • Rapidly iterating test environments with tight dev-test integration • Requirements/configuration management tools (Jama, Confluence/Jira) • Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or related technical field **Compensation & Benefits** Salary Range: $166,000–$220,000 USD Competitive equity grants and top-tier benefits included for full-time employees.
