Our family of systems is powered by Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system that turns thousands of data streams into a realtime, 3D command and control center. **About the Role** We're developing unmanned aerial systems (Anvil, Altius, Ghost, and other UAS platforms) capable of terminal guidance, long-range intelligence collection, precision navigation, and unsupervised autonomy. We're seeking entry-level graduates eager to learn and quickly develop their skills in a fast-paced environment. **What You'll Do** • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and system architectures • Design and maintain system components in complex system environments • Collaborate with the team and document software engineering processes and practices **Required Qualifications** • Bachelor's Degree in STEM (Electrical Engineering, Mechanical, Aerospace, Physics, Computer Science, or related discipline) • Passion for systems design and engineering • Demonstrated ownership and impact from internships, side projects, etc. • Go-getter mentality eager to learn • Extremely organized and detail-oriented • Excellent verbal & written communication skills • Commitment to positive, inclusive, and collaborative culture • Ability to travel up to 25% as needed • Ability to obtain a DoD Security Clearance **Preferred Qualifications** • Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical, Aerospace, or related discipline • Hands-on experience with complex robotic systems • Familiarity with IP-based networks • Familiarity with air vehicle systems, ground systems, or command-and-control systems **Compensation** 💰 $100,000 – $145,000 USD Highly competitive equity grants included in most full-time offers.
