**New Grad Systems Engineer, C2 Integration, Clearance Eligible** **About the Role** Anduril Industries is seeking entry-level graduates to join our Systems Engineering team working on unmanned aerial systems (UAS) with advanced autonomy, AI, and command-and-control capabilities. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, design system components, and contribute to cutting-edge defense technology. **What You'll Do** • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and system architectures • Design and maintain system components in complex system environments • Document software engineering processes and practices **Required Qualifications** • Bachelor's Degree in STEM (Electrical Engineering, Mechanical, Aerospace, Physics, Computer Science, or related discipline) • Passion for systems design and engineering • Demonstrated ownership from internships, side projects, or similar experience • Go-getter mentality eager to learn • Extremely organized and detail-oriented • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Commitment to positive, inclusive, and collaborative culture • Ability to travel up to 25% as needed • Ability to obtain a DoD Security Clearance **Preferred Qualifications** • Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical, Aerospace, or related discipline • Hands-on experience with complex robotic systems • Familiarity with IP-based networks • Experience with air vehicle, ground, or command-and-control systems **Compensation** $100,000 – $145,000 USD (base salary) Competitive equity grants and top-tier benefits included
