Powered by Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system, Anduril brings cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military. **ABOUT THE TEAM** The Information Security team protects Anduril's critical digital assets against the full spectrum of cyber threats. Defending a global footprint spanning 70+ sites with thousands of devices and endpoints supporting 10,000+ employees across classified and unclassified environments. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** • Develop and execute comprehensive information security strategy • Lead unified Information Security organization spanning InfoSec, Network Engineering, IT, and Cyber Compliance • Partner strategically with Chief Information Officer and Chief Security Officer • Drive threat detection, investigation, and incident response • Implement dynamic cyber risk management framework • Ensure compliance with NIST 800-171, CMMC, ISO 27001, FedRAMP, and DoD requirements • Build engineering-first security culture with automation-forward approach • Secure enterprise IT, networks, and endpoints at scale • Drive quantifiable outcomes through clear initiatives and metrics **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS** • 15+ years progressive leadership in information security or related disciplines • CISO or comparable senior cybersecurity leadership experience at technology/defense company, OR senior cyber leadership in military/intelligence community • Deep technical expertise: network security, application security, security operations, incident response, IAM, cloud security • Proven success building and leading high-performing cross-functional teams • Strong understanding of government cybersecurity frameworks (NIST 800-171, CMMC, FedRAMP, FISMA, DFARS) • Currently possess or eligible to obtain active U.S. Top Secret SCI security clearance **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** • Experience securing complex classified/unclassified environments, hardware R&D, manufacturing, and global test sites • High-growth, venture-backed technology company experience • Pragmatic, first-principles approach to security prioritizing risk and impact • Hands-on technical background in software/systems engineering or infrastructure • Experience embedding security into engineering workflows (CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, zero trust) **COMPENSATION** US Salary Range: $252,000 – $380,000 USD Competitive equity grants and top-tier benefits included.
