## CEO - AI Investing ### About BJAK BJAK’s mission is to help people plan, save, and grow their money with smarter financial tools. Since 2019, we’ve built a mobile-first insurance platform that made insurance accessible online for millions across Southeast Asia. Today, we’re expanding into more ways to help people get more from their money every day—spending, saving, investing, exchanging, traveling, and more. We’re a global team (20+ nationalities) working from offices and remotely. We’re looking for talented, driven people who build next-generation products—not the status quo—and who care about redefining financial applications for everyone. ### About the Role The **CEO - AI Investing** will build and own an **AI-native consumer investing business**. You’ll use AI to help users understand markets, make better investment decisions, and manage their portfolios. ### What You’ll Be Doing - Define the **AI Investing proposition**, product roadmap, and business model - Build **AI-native experiences** across investment discovery, research, portfolio management, and decision-making - Develop how AI analyzes information, surfaces opportunities, and supports users throughout the investment journey - Own **P&L, assets, customers, engagement, revenue, and unit economics** - Work closely with **product, engineering, and AI teams** to build and improve the product - Build the core **investing, product, technology, and commercial teams** - Expand into additional investment products and **new markets** ### What You’ll Need - Deep experience in **investing**, wealthtech, consumer fintech, or investment products - Direct ownership of a meaningful investing product, business, or **P&L** - Strong understanding of investment products, markets, and consumer investing behavior - Strong product judgment and understanding of how AI improves investment research and decision-making - Experience building and scaling **consumer technology products** - Hands-on operating capability across product, investment workflows, economics, and customer behavior ### Location **Remote** — we hire globally and work across multiple countries and time zones. You should be comfortable working in a distributed, fast-moving international team. ### Language **English** is the main working language. Strong English communication is required. ### Interview Process Designed to move fast: 1. Online assessment or practical task 2. Role-specific interview 3.
