We’re looking for talented, driven people who build next-generation products—not the status quo—and care about redefining financial experiences for everyone. ## ABOUT THE ROLE **CEO – AI Finance** will build and own BJAK’s AI-native finance business. You’ll identify where AI can fundamentally improve how consumers manage money and build products across everyday financial needs. ## WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING - Define the **AI Finance product strategy, roadmap, and business model** - Identify financial workflows where AI can materially improve **user experience, cost, or speed** - Build **AI-native financial products** from concept through launch and scale - Own **P&L, customer growth, revenue, unit economics, and operating performance** - Work deeply with **product, engineering, and AI** teams on capabilities and user experience - Build the core team across **product, technology, operations, and commercial** functions - Expand into **new financial products and markets** as the business scales ## WHAT YOU WILL NEED - Strong experience building **consumer fintech**, financial services, or technology products - Direct ownership of a meaningful **product, business, or P&L** - Strong understanding of **consumer finance**, business models, and **unit economics** - Strong product judgment and understanding of how **AI changes financial workflows** - Experience building products and teams in **high-growth technology environments** - Hands-on operating style—able to work directly through product, AI capabilities, economics, and customer problems ## LOCATION - **Remote** (global hiring across multiple countries and time zones) - Comfortable working in a distributed, fast-moving international team ## LANGUAGE - **English** is the main working language—strong communication required ## INTERVIEW PROCESS Designed to move fast: 1.
