**Full Stack Engineer, AI Internal Systems** **About ActAI** Building proactive, AI-native applications for billions of users. We focus on reliability, persistent context, and real-world task completion. **About the Role** You'll build AI-powered internal systems transforming how ActAI operates. Identify opportunities across People, Finance, Operations, Recruiting, and business workflows—then build AI solutions that improve efficiency, automate processes, and enable better decision-making. **What You'll Do** • Build AI-powered internal tools and systems from concept to production • Identify opportunities where AI improves internal workflows • Design and implement intelligent workflows, automations, and integrations • Translate business needs into practical product and technical solutions • Work cross-functionally to understand problems and deliver impact • Own end-to-end execution from idea generation through deployment **What You'll Need** • Experience with backend, full-stack, or platform development • Strong programming fundamentals • APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure, and AI integrations (plus) • Strong ownership mindset and ability to solve ambiguous problems • Experience building and shipping production software or AI applications • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced startup • Effective communication with technical and non-technical teams **How We Work** Small, senior, hands-on team. Engineers own features end-to-end. Code and design reviews expected. Open architecture discussions, quick decisions, frequent shipping. **Interview Process** 3-4 interviews via virtual or onsite meetings. Evaluated by technical team. Prompt decisions with transparency and efficiency.
