Today, they’re expanding into more ways to help people get more from their money every day—spending, saving, investing, exchanging, traveling, and more. ## The Role — Full Stack Software Engineer (AI Finance Agent) BJAK is looking for product-minded full stack engineers to build fast across their **AI Finance Agent**. You’ll move across frontend, backend, internal tools, and customer journeys to turn ideas into working products quickly. ### What You’ll Own - Build **customer-facing and internal product features** end to end - Develop **web flows, backend APIs, admin tools, dashboards, and operational systems** - Support products across **insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel, and financial services** - Work with **product, design, mobile, and operations** teams to launch fast - Integrate APIs, manage data flows, and improve **production reliability** - Use **analytics, feedback, and production issues** to improve features after launch - Build tools that reduce manual work and improve business speed ### What We’re Looking For - **3+ years** of full stack software engineering experience - Strong **frontend and backend fundamentals** - Experience with modern **web frameworks, APIs, databases, and production systems** - Ability to build useful products quickly without perfect specs - Good **product sense**, UX awareness, and attention to detail - Comfortable debugging across the stack - Fintech/insurtech/marketplace/consumer apps/high-volume platforms experience is a plus ### The Kind of Builder We Want - Can turn rough requirements into working product - Thinks about **user flow + backend logic + business process** together - Moves fast while keeping systems maintainable - Takes ownership from **build → launch → post-launch fixes** - Clear about what you built vs. what the team owned ### This Role Is Not For - Engineers who only want to work on one narrow layer - People who need complete specs before starting - Developers who ship UI without understanding backend/operations impact - Candidates who avoid production support - People who make vague claims without showing real shipped work ## Location - **Remote**, but candidates must be **based in the United States** ## Language - **Strong English communication** required ## Interview Process 1.
