**Forward Deployed Engineer** **About Domino** Domino builds AI solutions for the world's largest, highly regulated organizations. Our platform integrates model and app development, advanced hosting, and governance capabilities. Customers like Johnson & Johnson, GSK, UBS, FINRA, and the US Navy use our software to solve mission-critical challenges. **The Role** As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you'll be embedded in customer environments building production-grade AI workflows on Domino. You'll write and ship production code, work across the full MLOps lifecycle, and stay close to the problem until Domino is core to how they operate. **Your Impact** • **Months 0-1:** Master Domino platform mechanics and shadow senior FDEs to learn the customer's data, tooling, and objectives • **Month 6:** Own customer engagements independently, executing against prioritized backlogs and advising data science teams • **Year 1:** Lead key accounts as a trusted advisor, author reusable playbooks, and translate field intelligence into product feedback **What We're Looking For** • 1-3 years in customer-facing technical roles • Strong Python proficiency; familiarity with SQL, R, and Bash • Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) • Proven track record delivering ML workflows, model deployment, GPU workloads, and generative AI • Experience in highly regulated or constrained environments • Exceptional communication across technical and business audiences • "Act fast, own it" mentality with comfort in ambiguity **Compensation & Benefits** $165,000–$200,000 USD | Equity, 401(k), medical/dental/vision, wellness stipends **Remote** | Visa sponsorship may be available
