We're scaling fast with strong product-market fit and world-class investor support. **Role Overview** Own the technical foundation of Harvey's in-house media production capability. You'll design and maintain studio infrastructure, IP signal fabric, and live event execution—splitting time between running shows and building the platform they run on. **Key Responsibilities** • Design, build, and maintain video/audio infrastructure (studios, control rooms, routing, recording, streaming) • Architect audio-over-IP (Dante) and video-over-IP (NDI) transport in partnership with Corporate IT • Own technical execution for high-visibility productions (all-hands, executive broadcasts, customer events) • Establish color and audio standards across the production chain • Diagnose and resolve complex signal-flow, network, and sync faults under live conditions • Evaluate and integrate new production systems; manage vendors and integrators **Required Experience** • 7+ years hands-on broadcast, live production, or corporate production engineering • Deep command of video/audio signal flow (SDI, HDMI, sync, genlock, gain structure) • Production experience with Dante audio networking and NDI workflows • Working knowledge of color science (color spaces, gamma, LUTs, camera matching, monitor calibration) • Proven ability to run technical execution for live, high-stakes events • Strong documentation and communication skills **Bonus Skills** Studio/control room design experience, production switchers, digital audio consoles, Q-SYS/Yamaha DSP, streaming/CDN delivery, automation/monitoring, relevant certifications (Dante Level 3, Q-SYS, AVIXA CTS), experience with distributed companies. **Compensation** $129,200 - $177,700 USD (location-dependent) **Equal Opportunity** Harvey is an equal opportunity employer.
