**Senior Software Engineer, PKI — CoreWeave** **About the team** The Security Foundations organization keeps CoreWeave Cloud secure by design—from data centers and GPU fleets to the platform layers powering customer AI workloads. The **PKI & Secrets** team owns the cryptographic infrastructure behind the confidentiality, integrity, and authenticity of CoreWeave data and systems, including **PKI, secrets management, HSMs, key management, and code signing**. **What you’ll do** - Contribute to the design, implementation, and operation of CoreWeave’s **Attestation Service**, measuring and validating cloud infrastructure integrity backed by a **hardware root of trust**. - Manage and evolve gathering of **verifiable data** from the environment at scale to support infrastructure lifecycle and governance. - Do hands-on work in **Root of Trust and Identity**, including **HSM infrastructure**, **key management**, **PKI solutions**, and their integration across CoreWeave platforms and products. **Who you are** - **5+ years** of experience in security engineering or infrastructure engineering. - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. - Strong understanding of **PKI concepts** (CA hierarchies, certificate profiles, issuance policies, revocation, trust distribution). - Proficiency in **Go, Python, or similar** languages; ability to build production tooling and automation. - Experience with **Kubernetes**. **Preferred** - Experience building **Attestation Services** to verify machine integrity. **Compensation (base salary range)** - **$153,000 – $204,000** (starting salary depends on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location).
