The company delivers a platform of technology, tools, and teams that enables innovators to build and scale AI with confidence. **What You’ll Do** The Security Foundations organization keeps CoreWeave Cloud secure by design—from data centers and GPU fleets to the platform layers powering customer AI workloads. The Security Infrastructure team builds foundational infrastructure that enables securing CoreWeave at scale. You’ll partner across the company to deliver reliable insights and data that security decisions, detections, and enforcements rely on. **About the Role** As a Senior Software Engineer on the Security Infrastructure team, you will shape security observability and detection capabilities by integrating with various infrastructures, acquiring logs and data, and making them searchable to derive intelligence. Programs such as Security Detections, Insider Risk, Threat Hunting, and more depend on the platform this team builds and owns. **In this role, you will:** - Contribute to the design, implementation, and operation of the SIEM as an infrastructure, and develop data pipelines that acquire huge amounts of data across all infrastructure surfaces. - Collaborate with security teams, data platform teams, and other infrastructure teams to build solutions that scale. - Do hands-on work on data processing, data lake solutions, Elasticsearch, and other technologies that enable security data analysis. **Who You Are** - (5)+ years of experience in security engineering or infrastructure engineering. - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. - Strong understanding of large-scale data processing and data pipelines. - Proficiency in Go, Python, or similar languages, with the ability to build production tooling and automation. - Experience with Kubernetes. **Preferred** - Experience building SIEM, data platforms, or observability platforms. **What We Offer (Highlights)** - Base salary range: **$153,000 to $204,000** (starting salary depends on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location). - Total rewards may include a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (eligibility-based). **Benefits (US full-time employees, highlights)** - Medical, dental, and vision insurance (100% paid by CoreWeave) - Company-paid life insurance - Short and long-term disability insurance - Flexible Spending Account and Health Savings Account - Tuition reimbursement - Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP) - Paid parental leave - 401(k) with employer match - Flexible PTO - Catered lunch and a casual work environment **Equal Opportunity & Accommodations** CoreWeave is an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering an inclusive workplace.
