**Accenture Federal Services — Military Health Growth and Sales Technical Architect** ## About the Role Accenture Federal Services is seeking an experienced IT architect to lead the development of innovative solutions supporting the **Military Health System (MHS)**. You will drive the technical strategy for critical bids by leveraging Accenture assets and accelerators, unifying technical efforts across teams, and providing fact-based evidence that strengthens our RFI/RFP responses and aligns with MHS support across contracts and bids. ## What You’ll Do - Lead **architectural design** and the **technical narrative** for **RFI/RFP** responses - Coordinate with **Solution Architects**, **Enterprise Architects**, and other SMEs to build unified enterprise solutions - Integrate **Accenture assets and accelerators** into proposed MHS solution architecture - Provide **fact-based evidence** to differentiate Accenture’s technical approach - Translate business needs, functional requirements, and technical concepts into clear written responses - Create **architectural diagrams/graphics** to communicate solutions to evaluators - Shape the overall **technical strategy** for consequential engagements ## What You Need - **10+ years** designing and delivering IT solutions with measurable outcomes (e.g., cloud migrations, improved security posture, operational efficiency) - **3+ years** leading architectural strategy and technical responses for complex bids in the **Military Health** space (including large transformation RFPs) - Exceptional **written and verbal communication** skills (proposal wins and executive-level presentations) - Broad knowledge across: - Cloud Architecture & Cloud Migration - Cybersecurity & Compliance, **Zero Trust** - Data Architecture & Platforms - **AI/GenAI** (including innovative use for RFI/RFP processing and technical solutioning) - Application Development, **DevSecOps** - Infrastructure & Applications O&M - Understanding of MHS operational domains (healthcare delivery, payer, provider, healthcare operations, operational medicine) - Technical depth in at least **two** domains (e.g., secure data platforms in regulated environments; leading cloud migration initiatives) - Advanced proposal/executive briefing writing skills with a track record of influencing decision-makers - Expertise in **architectural diagrams and graphics** for complex system interactions ## The Extras - **US Citizenship** ## Pay Range (where applicable) **$177,600 – $348,600 USD** (base pay range for listed locations) *Accenture Federal Services offers a wide variety of benefits.
