We’re looking for a **Release Manager** to help plan, execute, and coordinate software releases for our PayIt Outdoors product. --- ## What you’ll do ### Release Planning and Coordination - Develop and maintain the PayIt Outdoors release schedule by coordinating with cross-functional teams to align business goals, project objectives, and deliverables. - Work with client teams and engineering teams to plan and deploy hotfixes. - Work with DBEs and engineering teams to schedule and deploy releases. - Collaborate with product managers, operations, development, and QA to define release scope and objectives. ### Release Execution - Oversee the end-to-end release process, including User Acceptance and Production deployment activities, plus rollback plans. - Schedule and run release reviews. - Ensure required work is included in releases. - Track branches and ensure merges occur after sprints. ### Communication and Documentation - Communicate release schedules, status updates, and potential risks to stakeholders. - Maintain detailed documentation of release processes, configurations, and dependencies. - Create and maintain documentation of issues and resolutions. ### Risk Management - Identify and mitigate risks that could impact software release success. - Establish and enforce change control and release management processes. ### Incident Management - (Details continue in the original description.)
