Along with thousands of volunteer contributors and collaborators worldwide, Mozillians design, build, and distribute open-source software that enables people to enjoy the internet on their terms. **About this team and role** Mozilla IT is seeking a **Staff Application Engineer, Salesforce** to architect, build, and own the Salesforce platform that runs sales and revenue operations across our enterprise product lines. This is an opportunity to build **Salesforce Sales Cloud from scratch** to support our Enterprise products. You’ll join at the start of the implementation, work alongside our implementation partner through go-live, and then own the platform outright. You’ll also help shape how we work with AI, reimagine the headless experience for our end users, and build **Model Context Protocol (MCP)** integrations that let our sales team work with CRM data through AI assistants and agentic workflows. This is a hands-on staff-level individual contributor role. You will set technical direction, make architecture decisions, build solutions, and establish practices that allow the platform to grow sustainably. **What success looks like (during implementation)** - Establish a scalable Salesforce architecture covering data models, business-unit structure, security, integrations, and release management. - (Additional responsibilities continue in the original posting.)
