**People Technology Integrations Manager – Team Lead (All Genders)** ## The Role We’re looking for an experienced **People Technology Engineering Manager** to join the HelloFresh **People Technology leadership team**. You’ll lead the Engineering discipline within People Technology and be responsible for the architecture, capability, and delivery of technical solutions that connect, automate, and continuously enhance our employee technology landscape. Today, the squad’s primary focus is **Workday integrations** and connected enterprise systems. Over time, the remit will expand across **workflow automation, low-code development, AI-enabled solutions, and modern engineering capabilities**. You’ll act as the **engineering architect and design authority** for People Technology—setting technical direction, shaping architecture, and establishing standards that balance **delivery speed, scalability, security, maintainability, and long-term sustainability**. This includes maintaining strong expertise in **Workday integrations** and emerging platform capabilities such as **Workday Orchestrate** and **Extend / Build**. You’ll also **lead, develop, and performance-manage** a team of engineers, building capability across integrations, automation, and AI engineering. While you may remain hands-on where appropriate, your primary focus will be **technical leadership, people development, capability building, and delivery oversight**. As a senior business partner for engineering, you’ll represent the discipline across People Technology and work closely with the People function and stakeholders across the Group—helping shape roadmaps, influence prioritisation and investment decisions, and translating business needs into scalable engineering solutions. ## What You’ll Do - Act as the **engineering architect** and **design authority** for People Technology, owning technical standards, patterns, and architectural principles across **Workday** and connected enterprise systems. - Shape the end-to-end engineering landscape and make architectural decisions balancing **speed, scalability, security, maintainability, and sustainability**. - Lead the evolution of the squad from primarily **integrations-focused** into a broader **People Technology engineering capability**. - Drive adoption of modern Workday capabilities, including **Workday Orchestrate, Extend, Build**, and future platform innovations. - Establish **AI engineering capability** within the People Technology tribe and identify opportunities to apply **AI, automation, and intelligent workflows**. - Champion **AI-assisted engineering practices** that improve productivity, quality, and delivery speed—while ensuring **responsible security, privacy, and governance**. - Lead, coach, and performance-manage engineers, building capability across **integrations, APIs, automation, low-code development, and AI-enabled solutions**. - Plan and manage team capacity, resourcing, and capability against current priorities and future demand. - Act as a senior engineering business partner to People Technology leadership, Product Managers, Functional Leads, and business stakeholders—shaping roadmaps, prioritisation, and investment decisions. - Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions, resolve complex engineering challenges, and maintain oversight of **technical debt, dependencies, risks, and operational resilience**. ## What You’ll Bring - Typically **8–12+ years** of experience in **integrations, sy
