Join a collaborative team focused on delivering secure, scalable, and compliant AI solutions for federal missions. --- ## Role Overview The Enterprise AI Feature Engineer will assist with the implementation, integration, and operations of **Google Gemini for Gov**, **M365 Copilot**, and **ChatGPT Gov Enterprise** offerings within Accenture Federal Services. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and AFS leadership to help deliver high-quality, scalable, and innovative AI-based applications. The project includes: - Procurement support - **NIST 800-171** security approvals (handled by the operations team) - **Entra ID SSO** integration - Logging integration - User feedback collection - Operational readiness with dedicated support resources --- ## The Work - Manage the licensing process - Manage application configuration - Manage features against **FedRAMP approved services** - Identify and resolve technical issues and dependencies across the development lifecycle - Collaborate to ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and security protocols - Contribute to documentation and knowledge-sharing for operational readiness - Continuously learn and stay informed about AI technologies and industry practices --- ## What you need - **Bachelor’s Degree required** - **US Citizenship required** - Proven experience in enterprise AI platform deployment and integration - Experience with at least one of: - Google Gemini for Gov - M365 Copilot - ChatGPT Gov - Understanding of federal security standards and compliance frameworks (e.g., **NIST 800-171**) - Knowledge of cloud-based infrastructure, identity management, and secure system design - Proficiency in programming and scripting for automation and integration tasks - Knowledge of data management - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment - Willingness to learn and continuously expand knowledge --- ## Bonus if you have - Understanding of version control systems - Interest in multi-agent systems --- ## Pay Range (as listed) **$94,000 — $187,600 USD** (Compensation varies by factors including office location, role, skill set, and experience.)
