**Developer Support Engineer (Atlanta)** At JFrog, we’re reinventing DevOps to help the world’s greatest companies innovate—and we want you along for the ride. We’re looking for **Developer Support Engineers (onsite)** at our **Atlanta office** to be partners with customers and the technical focal point for JFrog. **What you’ll do** - Troubleshoot and investigate complex customer CI/CD scenarios and deliver innovative solutions - Develop scripts in **Bash, Python, Groovy** for debugging and automation - Set up **JFrog applications** and **3rd-party products** across development environments - Analyze log files, thread dumps, HTTP traffic, and JVM/OS parameters - Reproduce customer scenarios and submit relevant bugs/features - Maintain and improve a knowledge base of known issues and solutions - Collaborate with JFrog **R&D, QA, Release, and Sales** teams - Work flexible hours and weekends as needed **What you need** - **BS (or equivalent)** in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS, or IT, plus **2+ years** (or similar experience) - **Customer-facing experience (3–5+ years)** - Ability to manage complex escalated cases across multiple architectures/platforms - **Linux (mandatory)** - Strong technical software debugging skills (**mandatory**) - Understanding of **Java or another compiled language (mandatory)** **Nice to have** - Knowledge/experience with **databases, LDAP, Apache HTTPS, Apache Tomcat** - Experience with **networking and reverse proxy** (nginx/httpd) - Experience in the **DevOps** industry - **Spanish** speaking skills (preferred) **Compensation & benefits** - Base salary range: **$90,000–$95,000** (based on skills, qualifications, experience, and location) - **Hybrid work**: 3 days in office / 2 days remote - Equity package: **RSUs** + eligibility for an **Employee Stock Purchase Plan** - Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement, wellness, and more JFrog is an **Equal Employment Opportunity Employer**.
