Over 50 of the top 100 accounting and consulting firms use Fieldguide. **Role Summary** Own quality and automation for large enterprise deployments. Build a world-class QA function centered on agentic tooling—using AI agents to find, reproduce, and resolve issues while strengthening testing and maintaining consistency across SaaS and PaaS environments. **Key Responsibilities** • Keep environments consistent across SaaS and PaaS deployments • Build automation capacity for bug triage, reproduction, and routing using agentic tools • Resolve bugs directly and ship fixes • Run repeatable bug bashes on new features • Own bug reporting, trends analysis, and quality metrics • Work closely with customers on issue reporting and validation • Improve internal automated testing coverage and CI signal • Create datasets to support agent quality evaluation **What We're Looking For** • Production software engineering experience—you write and ship code • Hands-on test automation and CI quality gate experience • Real-world use of AI/agentic tooling • Direct experience working with enterprise customers • Comfortable operating in ambiguity with high ownership **Nice-to-Have** Python, TypeScript, React, Postgres, Playwright/Cypress, multi-tenant SaaS experience, AWS/Kubernetes, Datadog, LLM workflows, security/compliance backgrounds **Seniority Levels** Hiring across all levels—from execution to owning customer quality end-to-end to setting standards across Engineering. **Benefits** Competitive compensation with equity, comprehensive health benefits, flexible time off, tech reimbursements, 401(k), twice-yearly offsites, wellness benefits from day one
