More than 1,400 firms in nearly 60 countries use Addepar to manage and advise on nearly $9 trillion in assets. **The Role** The Advisor Experience team builds bespoke solutions for financial advisors, starting with a new secure messaging experience. As a Senior Software Engineer with frontend emphasis, you will be the primary owner of the team's user interface layer—crafting modern, performant, and intuitive experiences. You'll lead frontend architecture decisions, build component systems, and collaborate with Product Design to translate complex advisor workflows into elegant, accessible interfaces. **What You'll Do** • Lead frontend development for Advisor Experience Secure Messaging using modern web frameworks • Design and maintain scalable frontend architecture, including component libraries and state management • Partner with Product Design to translate wireframes into polished, accessible interfaces • Integrate frontend experiences with backend APIs and services • Champion best practices: accessibility, performance optimization, responsive design, and testing **Who You Are** • B.S./M.S. in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience • 5+ years professional software engineering experience, mostly frontend-focused • Deep experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Svelte, Vue, or similar) • Built and maintained component libraries or design systems • Comfortable navigating backend codebases (Java, Node.js, etc.) • Strong intuition for frontend performance and diagnostics • Familiar with AI-assisted development workflows • Plus: Real-time data, messaging infrastructure, or web sockets experience • Plus: Fintech or wealth management background **Compensation** Base Salary: $134,000–$209,000 USD Includes: base salary + bonus + equity + benefits **Requirements** Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship and authorized to begin work on day one. **Our Values** Act Like an Owner • Build Together • Champion Our Clients • Drive Innovation • Embrace Learning Addepar is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity, inclusion, and reasonable accommodations.
