**Forward-Deployed Engineer** **About Binti** Binti builds software for state and county government agencies, reinventing social services. Starting in child welfare, we've helped approve 100,000+ families to foster or adopt and support 49% of the nation's child welfare system. We're a mission-driven, for-profit company (~90 people) based in San Francisco with backing from Founders Fund, First Round Capital, and Kapor Capital. **The Role** Join our Integrations Engineering team to design and deliver high-impact integrations that unlock the full value of the Binti platform. You'll own externally-facing technical projects—from on-site discovery and architecture sessions to live co-development and ongoing support. **What You'll Do** • Lead discovery and architecture sessions with customers • Conduct co-development work with customers' development teams • Build trusted partnerships with technical teams • Provide integration technical support and consultative advice • Collaborate on API improvements, connectors, and integration tools • Synthesize product feedback to improve Binti's capabilities • Champion security and HIPAA compliance best practices **Location & Travel** Headquartered in San Francisco (office Mondays & Thursdays) with a Seattle satellite office. Remote considered for the right candidate.
