**Integrations Engineer** **About Binti** Binti builds software for state and county government agencies, focusing on reinventing social services. We've helped approve 100,000+ families to foster or adopt and support 49% of the nation's child welfare system. We're a mission-driven, for-profit company based in San Francisco with ~90 people and growing. **The Role** Lead high-impact, externally-facing technical projects from discovery through launch. You'll design and deliver integrations that maximize the Binti platform's value, combining deep engineering expertise with excellent communication and a service-oriented mindset. **What You'll Do** • Lead architecture discussions for reliable, performant integrations • Full-stack coding (80% backend, 20% frontend) • Build and optimize integration pipelines, APIs, and components • Partner with customers on discovery, co-development, and technical onboarding • Mentor engineers on software best practices • Provide direct customer support and consulting • Synthesize product feedback to improve Binti's capabilities • Champion security, privacy, and HIPAA compliance **Who You Are** • 3+ years professional software engineering experience (customer-facing role preferred) • Strong startup mindset; comfortable with ambiguity and MVPs • Experience with legacy systems and distributed integrated systems • Proficient with APIs, data pipelines (ETL), and enterprise data warehouses • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills • Experienced with Ruby/Rails; comfortable in Python, C#, Java, etc. • Quick learner motivated by new challenges • Gen AI experience is a significant advantage **Location & Travel** Hybrid in San Francisco (Mon/Thu in-office) or satellite offices.
