**Senior IT Systems Administrator** **About Abby Care** Abby Care is building an AI-native platform for family-led care, partnering with leading health plans and providers to expand access to quality home care. **The Role** Full-Time Hybrid position based in San Francisco, CA. Reports to Director of IT, Information & Security. You'll own the identity, endpoint, and access foundation supporting Abby Care operations across multiple states and offshore teams. **Key Responsibilities** • **Identity & Access**: Administer Okta (SSO, SAML/OIDC/SCIM, MFA), manage RBAC policies as code with Terraform, lead access certifications for SOC 2 and ISO 27001 compliance • **Endpoint Management**: Manage macOS fleet via JAMF Pro (ADE, patch management), deploy and maintain SentinelOne agents, handle threat remediation • **Productivity Systems**: Administer Google Workspace (user lifecycle, DLP, Vault), provide Tier 2/3 escalation support, drive IT automation via scripting/APIs **Required Experience** • 6+ years IT systems administration • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or equivalent • Hands-on Okta (or similar IdP) administration with IAM standards knowledge • Enterprise macOS fleet management (JAMF), EDR/XDR (SentinelOne), Google Workspace • Networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN) and technical troubleshooting **Nice to Have** • Scripting experience (Bash, Python, Google Apps Script) • Windows endpoint management (Intune) experience • SOC 2, ISO 27001, or HIPAA audit support • Okta Certified Administrator, JAMF Certified Admin, or CompTIA Security+ **Benefits** Competitive compensation, comprehensive health coverage ($0 deductible PPO option), generous PTO + 10 paid holidays, HSA contributions, 401(k) fee coverage, up to 10 weeks paid parental leave.
