This is a senior role where you’ll operate like a **co-founder**, working alongside an experienced sales leader—helping our organization move from **0 → 1** by deploying our voice AI technology with the **most strategic customers** and their **most challenging problems**. You’ll also leverage support from across ElevenLabs to accelerate execution. You’ll hire the team you need, win the first customers in the market, and ensure our product generates real impact for them. ### What You’ll Do - Meet with strategic customers to understand critical audio/voice AI needs and identify their biggest pain points. - Build and lead a team of forward-deployed engineers within the region. - Identify relevant use cases through deep engagement with customer problems and workflows; work with engineers to implement voice/audio AI into innovative solutions. - Design and architect bespoke integrations so our technology fits seamlessly into customer products and operations. - Guide customers on best practices to maximize effectiveness of voice/audio AI models. - Present results and proposals to audiences ranging from technical teams to C-suite executives. - Collaborate with Research and Product to incorporate field insights into ElevenLabs’ software and AI models. - Build and deliver compelling demos of voice/audio AI technology. - Scope applications in new industries and expand solutions across sectors globally. - Own end-to-end execution of major projects for top strategic partners—hands-on delivery of high-impact solutions. - Collaborate daily with customers’ engineering and executive teams to ensure optimal implementa
