You’ll design, implement, and maintain the systems and APIs that power: - **Customer Experience Platform** - **Privacy Compliance tooling** - **Cross-organization technical initiatives** (partnering with other engineering teams to drive improvements beyond your immediate team’s scope) --- **What You’ll Bring** - **5+ years** of professional software development experience (ideally full-stack) - Proven ability to **design and ship production web applications/services independently** - Strong experience building **Node.js microservices** - Hands-on experience with **AWS** - Experience with **Angular, React, or a comparable modern frontend framework** - Experience building and maintaining **CI/CD pipelines** - Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as **Claude Code** or **GitHub Copilot** - Solid working knowledge of **SQL and NoSQL** databases - Curiosity and a genuine interest in learning new technologies - Comfortable working **independently and collaboratively** - A mindset that values building new things as much as maintaining what already exists --- **Values You’ll Share** - **Customer Obsessed** — deep empathy, customer-first focus, long-term relationships - **Aim High** — challenge yourself and others to raise the bar - **No Ego** — “no job too small,” open, inclusive, humble - **One Team** — highly collaborative approach
