About this role
### Sr. Lead MarTech & AI Solutions Architect *At Klaviyo, we value the unique backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives each person brings to our workplace. We believe everyone deserves a fair shot at success—so if you’re a close (but not exact) match, we encourage you to apply.* **About the Role** Klaviyo is seeking a **Sr. Lead MarTech & AI Solutions Architect** (individual contributor) for someone who wants deep, hands-on ownership. In this role, you’ll design and build the end-to-end architecture of how **marketing data moves through our systems**—from initial lead and data intake through to **conversion and insights**—embedding **AI and automation** directly into that journey to accelerate it. You’ll also architect and own a **centralized marketing hub** spanning the full marketing lifecycle: **budget allocation and planning**, **campaign execution**, and using **performance insights** to improve the next planning cycle and **ROI**. This role has high ownership and visibility: you’ll be the architect who understands how systems connect, why they’re built that way, and where they need to go next—turning customer journeys, personalization, planning cycles, and cross-functional decisions into a single, connected ecosystem. **How You’ll Make a Difference** - Design and build **AI-powered marketing capabilities** into our systems, from **generative AI** use cases to **predictive scoring** and **intent-based automation**. - Serve as the technical owner of how **marketing systems integrate**, proactively identifying where data breaks or logic conflicts occur, and implementing architectural solutions to evolve the ecosystem for business growth. - Build and connect an ecosystem that accelerates **customer journeys** through personalization across the funnel—leveraging **behavioral, product, and intent signals** to maximize acquisition, conversion, and expansion. - Translate performance data and business requirements into architecture and process improvements that **shorten planning cycles** and improve **marketing ROI**. - Partner cross-functionally with **Lifecycle, Marketing Analytics, Sales Ops**, and other technical teams to align system architecture with business needs—representing the technical point of view in planning and governance conversations.
