PSA Airlines is a wholly owned subsidiary of American Airlines, offering opportunities for growth and professional development in regional aviation. **What you’ll do** - **Administer & support talent systems** (including the Applicant Tracking System, iCIMS): troubleshoot user/candidate/workflow/access/integration/data issues; manage configuration, testing, releases, enhancements, and maintenance. - **Own Safety Management System (SMS) responsibilities** and support associated Safety Risk Management and Safety Assurance outputs. - **Build automation & AI-enabled agents** to reduce repetitive work, improve handoffs, and increase process consistency (design, develop, test, document, deploy, monitor, and maintain). - **Investigate automation/agent failures** and coordinate repairs/escalations when additional technical or vendor support is needed. - **Ensure responsible automation/AI use** with human review, access controls, testing, documentation, and change management. - **Partner on process improvement & projects**: map processes, identify opportunities, translate business needs into system/automation/agent requirements, and support end-to-end project delivery (requirements → testing → implementation → adoption → post-launch). - **Maintain documentation & SOPs** for systems, automations, and agents (work instructions, change logs, support records, standard operating procedures). - **Create and maintain reporting & dashboards** and perform data-quality checks to support recruiting and People Team decision-making. - **Serve as a support and adoption point of contact**: training, user guides, checklists, and consistent system usage. - **Collaborate cross-functionally** with Talent Acquisition, People Team, IT, Security/Compliance, and external vendors. **Qualifications** - **Required:** - High school diploma (or equivalent) - Experience supporting recruiting/HR/business systems, workflow automation, or related functions - Working knowledge of **Microsoft 365** and ability to learn/support enterprise platforms - Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills (technical + non-technical) - Experience building/testing/maintaining workflow automations, low-code solutions, or AI-enabled tools - Experience with reporting/dashboards, process mapping, project support, change management, or user training - Ability to speak/read/write in **English** - Must be able to demonstrate authorization to work in the U.S. if hired - **Preferred:** - Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, Data Analytics, or related field - Experience with **iCIMS** - Experience with **Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Microsoft Lists, SharePoint, Teams**, or similar platforms - Knowledge of data privacy, access controls, responsible AI practices, and compliance considerations **Additional details** - **Supervisory responsibility:** Not a supervisory position - **Delegation:** In absence, responsibilities delegated to the Director of Crew Recruiting and Systems - **Work environment:** Professional office environment - **Physical demands:** Primarily sedentary; may require standing/walking, stairs, lifting up to 25 lbs, and regular use of hands/arms - **Equal opportunity employer (AAP/EEO):** PSA Airlines is an equal opportunity employer - **Security clearance:** Fingerprint-based criminal history records check (CHRC) per
