We set high standards, champion teamwork, and create work-life harmony as we grow globally—while striving for greater equity and opportunity. ## What you’ll do Join our **Email team**, responsible for building and maintaining the core infrastructure that delivers **billions of personalized emails per month** to customers’ end users, along with processing associated reporting data. You’ll work on: - A highly parallelized platform to personalize and send emails at huge scale - **REST APIs** to manage and track user subscriptions - Web pages that let end users self-manage preferences - Dashboards to configure customer email domains As an engineer, you’ll collaborate with teammates to: - Build new features - Improve performance - Provide guidance on key architectural decisions - Tackle major engineering challenges (e.g., new iterations of critical components, resilience as systems scale) ## Who you are - **5+ years** of full-stack development experience - Experienced technical leader - Strong understanding of design, data structures, and algorithms - A self-starter with great communication and organizational skills, comfortable working in a team environment **Bonus** - Experience building software at scale - Experience with **Ruby, Go, TypeScript/JavaScript**; **MongoDB or Postgres**; **Ruby on Rails or React** - Experience with **agile** processes ## Compensation (US) For candidates based in the United States, the pay range at the start of employment is expected to be **$128,842–$232,200/year**, with expected **On Target Earnings (OTE) of $144,000–$258,000/year** (including bonus or commission). Exact offers may vary based on individualized factors.
