**Manager, Financial Systems** **Reports to:** Corporate Controller **Location:** Remote (supports a global, multi-entity finance organization: US, Israel, UK, Portugal, plus PEO-managed jurisdictions) Axonius is looking for a **Manager of Financial Systems** to own the health, integrity, and evolution of our core financial technology stack—and to help lead finance’s automation and AI transformation efforts. --- ## What You’ll Do - Lead end-to-end delivery across the financial systems landscape (requirements, solution design, configuration, development, testing, deployment, release management, and production support) using JIRA or an equivalent system. - Run business process mapping and requirements-gathering sessions with Accounting, FP&A, Procurement, Tax, People, GTM, and Data; translate business needs into system solutions, configurations, and a prioritized roadmap. - Serve as the Finance Systems partner to core business groups (People, GTM, Data, FP&A, Accounting) by designing and implementing systematic improvements. - Define the technical roadmap for financial systems and finance automation; partner with the Corporate Controller, CFO organization, and IT to align priorities and delivery sequencing. - Act as finance’s advocate for automation and AI—build the case for high-value use cases and drive adoption with Finance and executive leadership. - Design, build, and deploy **AI-enabled/agentic workflows** (e.g., reconciliation preparation, flux/variance commentary, AP exception detection, document & contract extraction) with success criteria, measured baselines, complete audit trails, and **human review before entries post to the general ledger**. - Own **NetSuite OneWorld** administration across a multi-subsidiary, multi-currency, multi-book environment, alongside supporting systems (Expensify, Zip, Navan, Avalara, Adaptive). - Build, monitor, and support integrations moving financial and operational data across ERP, procurement, travel & expense, banking, HCM, CRM, close management, planning, and reporting—ensuring data integrity. - Manage consultants for NetSuite configuration, testing releases, and programming/scripting projects; develop and modify NetSuite reporting, saved searches, KPIs, and dashboards. - Plan, review, and manage change configurations, customizations, and third-party integration requests involving NetSuite. - Manage and maintain security, access controls, data classifications, and role-based access controls across financial systems. - Monitor system performance; optimize availability, reliability, and scalability. - Manage a growing team of Business Systems Analysts (development, goals/objectives, training, and performance evaluations). --- ## What We’re Looking For - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field. - **NetSuite certification preferred (Administrator).** - 5+ years of experience in financial systems, ERP administration, or finance technology leadership, including hands-on NetSuite experience in a multi-subsidiary OneWorld environment. - Deep hands-on NetSuite expertise: **SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, SuiteQL, saved searches, custom records/fields, and roles/permissions model**. - Experience implementing and supporting NetSuite integrations with systems such as Workday, Salesforce, Adaptive, Snowflake, Avalara, Expensify, Zip, Navan (or close equivalents). - Strong knowledge of NetSuite workflows, SuiteScript, customizations, reports, and save
