Recognized as a category Leader by NelsonHall and Everest Group, we build Human Experience Management into everything we do (“For People, by People”). **Position Overview** Join our product team building a game-changing SaaS platform that helps global business and HR professionals manage and pay their global workforce with modern technology and a simplified user experience. You’ll be part of our Platform Services portfolio, reporting to the Director of Engineering. You’ll shape solution architecture, write clean code, and help design cloud-native features and capabilities—working across the application with an outcomes-driven team. **Key Responsibilities** - Work in an agile scrum team to develop platform microservices (**C#, ASP.NET Core Web API, SQL, NoSQL**) and UI (**React micro frontend/container**). - Contribute to core UI architecture using the latest React framework and micro frontend patterns. - Deliver hands-on feature development, code reviews, technical design documents, and debugging/operational issue resolution. - Collaborate with product owners and business partners to refine requirements for innovative cloud-native B2B SaaS solutions. - Participate in architecture/design discussions from baseline architecture through customer-approved delivery. - Provide technical support for Atlas platform users. - Perform proof-of-concepts to evaluate technology solutions. - Identify open-source and commercial solutions for integrations. - Define solution APIs and integrate with third-party systems. - Support security and compliance architecture/implementation to meet corporate and regulatory policies. **About You (Qualifications)** - Bachelor’s in computer engineering/science (or related) or equivalent experience. - **5+ years** building cloud B2B SaaS solutions with hands-on coding, modern architecture, open source, containers, and security. - Proficient in front-end JS frameworks (**React preferred**; also Angular/Vue). - Proficient in OOP languages; experience with **.NET Core and C#**. - Knowledge of REST, API design/security, API management, OpenAPI, Apigee. - Experience with microservices architecture, cloud-native applications, and SOA. - Ability to design for scalability, responsiveness, security, and maintainability. - Strong CS fundamentals (OOAD, SOLID, design patterns). - Familiar with relational database development, modeling, and performance optimization. - Experience with continuous deployment environments; **Kubernetes, Docker, Azure DevOps preferred**. - Track record delivering complex multi-layer enterprise architecture. - Experience with **TDD**. - Experience with **HTML, CSS, JavaScript**. - Passion for high-quality software; curiosity and willingness to learn. - HRIS/payroll/tax/payment processing experience is desirable. **What We Value** - Self-starter and motivated team player - Curious and persistent problem-solver - Thrives in a fast-paced agile environment - Excellent verbal and written communication - Strong fluency in English **What We Offer** - Purpose-driven work simplifying global expansion across borders and cultures - Diverse and
