**Company:** Accenture Federal Services **Role:** Cyber Strategy, Risk and Architecture Domain Lead ## Job Overview Accenture Federal Services is seeking an experienced Senior Cyber and Risk Management Executive to support federal government clients. You will provide expert-level cyber risk management and security architecture, design, and implementation services—ensuring compliance with federal security requirements. As the **Cyber Strategy, Risk, and Architecture Domain Lead**, you will shape, build, and maintain a **$1B+ strategic growth pipeline** across the Federal Government, driving market expansion, growth strategy, and resourcing/SME support for large-scale program delivery. ## Required Qualifications - **Active Top Secret (TS) clearance** - **15+ years** experience in cyber strategy, risk, and cybersecurity engineering; delivering innovative technical solutions for Federal clients - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field - Extensive experience developing and implementing **cyber policy** and **enterprise security programs** - Extensive experience with **vulnerability analysis** and **vulnerability management** - Extensive **RMF lifecycle** experience and integration with **GRC systems** (including security control assessment and POA&M management/remediation) - Ability to evaluate commercial cyber products and recommend solutions - Working knowledge of **Federal OEM Release to Manufacturing (RTM)** and channel programs (Distribution, VARs, Cloud Service Providers, MSPs, etc.) - Strong communication skills; ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders - Proven track record delivering security solutions for complex environments - Experience with security frameworks including **FEDRAMP, NIST, FISMA, CMMC, MITRE ATT&CK, ATLAS** - Demonstrated cyber leadership capabilities and results accelerating growth across federal government - Broad personal network across the Federal ecosystem - Strong **Go-to-Market, Capture, and Proposal** support experience - Demonstrated support to Federal programs such as **TIC 3.0, CDM, PDNS, SCCA, CNAP** ## Desired Certifications - **CISSP** - **SSCP** - **PMP** ## Key Responsibilities - Research latest technology and develop security point of view/best practices for Federal clients - Design, implement, and maintain secure network and cyber architectures - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security requirements are met - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members - Stay current with emerging threats and security technologies - Present security solutions and recommendations to client stakeholders - Own the **Cyber Risk, Strategy, and Architecture** capability and talent strategy - Create thought leadership aligned to the AFS Cyber vision and strategy ## Required Technical Skills - Enterprise network security architecture and design - XDR/EDR platforms - Operational Technology / critical infrastructure security fundamentals - Access control technologies - Cloud security architecture (**AWS, Azure, or GCP**) - **Zero Trust** security principles - AI Security fundamentals ## Location **DC Metro** (hybrid on-site support in **Arlington, VA** required) ## Clearance Requirement **Active Top Secret (TS)** clearance required
