**About Neo4j** Neo4j is the graph intelligence platform that transforms data into knowledge to power the next generation of intelligent applications and AI systems—combining enterprise-ready knowledge graphs with accurate, explainable, and governed AI. **Job Title:** Sr. AI Solutions Architect --- ## Job Summary As a **Sr. AI Solutions Architect**, you will lead the design, construction, and deployment of AI solutions that combine **graph databases** and **AI**. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to strategic customers, guiding them through complex data challenges and delivering transformative business value. You’ll translate customer needs into **production-ready AI applications** grounded in real-world context using **Neo4j Knowledge Graphs**. --- ## Key Responsibilities ### Solution Architecting - Engage with technical leaders, stakeholders, and strategic partners to shape and guide successful **Graph + GenAI** implementations. - Design and advocate for robust, scalable architectures aligned with enterprise requirements and best practices. - Collaborate with customer leadership to understand strategic objectives and translate them into high-impact AI solutions using the synergy of graph databases and LLMs. - Lead stakeholder engagement to steer scope, align priorities, mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery with measurable business impact. ### Solution Engineering - Develop, test, and deploy production-ready AI applications integrating graph databases with LLMs and orchestration frameworks. - Write production-level code, optimize for performance and scalability, and ensure seamless integration with customer systems. - Continuously evaluate and improve performance, scalability, and efficiency as new techniques and technologies emerge. ### Education & Enablement - Work with Neo4j teams (Product and Marketing) to influence roadmap and package field insights into thought leadership, methodologies, and published assets. - Share expertise internally and with customers via workshops, training sessions, and documentation. - Maintain continuous learning and stay current with the rapidly evolving GenAI landscape. --- ## Required Qualifications - **Enterprise Application Architecture:** 7+ years architecting and delivering enterprise-grade applications across the full SDLC. - **LLM Proficiency:** 2+ years working with Large Language Models (prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and application integration). - **Programming Proficiency:** Advanced proficiency in at least one major language (Java, JavaScript, Python, or C#), delivering clean, maintainable, scalable code. - **Deployment & Version Control:** Hands-on deployment experience with Linux, Docker, and Kubernetes; expert use of Git/SVN in enterprise workflows. - **Cloud Computing Expertise:** Experience deploying and scaling across AWS, Azure, and/or GCP; cloud-native architecture and DevOps best practices. - **Generative AI Ecosystem Knowledge:** Familiarity with frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack) and cloud AI platforms (e.g., AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, Azure ML). - **Data & Analytics Fluency:** Background in data engineering/analytics/data science; ability to design pipelines across structured and unstructured data; experience with Hadoop/Spark/Hive and SQL/NoSQL. - **Graph Database Authority:** Deep expertise in graph data modeling and query languages (e.g., Cypher), with practical experience using graph databases (e.g., Neo4j, Amazon Neptune, TigerGraph) an
