Learn more at **E-Verify.gov**: http://e-verify.gov --- ## About the Team — Pre-Sales Tools The **Pre-Sales Tools** team builds the tools and experiences that let insurance agents and distribution partners **quote, configure, and submit applications before checkout**. This is Bestow’s **B2B front door**—if agents struggle here, leads go elsewhere. The team’s impact is visible in **weekly sales metrics**. --- ## What You’ll Do - Build and scale **Go services** powering agent quoting, configuration, and application-submission tools used before checkout. - Partner closely with the **App & Checkout** teams due to tight coupling between surfaces. - Provide **architectural leadership**—propose direction, not just execute. - Handle **partner-specific edge cases** as distribution partners and volume scale. - Write **unit and integration tests**; perform **peer code reviews**. - Use **AI coding tools** (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, etc.) as a default part of your daily workflow. - Encourage **automation, CI/CD, and continuous improvement** across the team. --- ## Who You Are - **5+ years** of professional backend software development experience. - Strong **Go** experience; comfortable owning services end to end. - Experience with **distributed systems / microservices** and designing APIs (REST, gRPC, OpenAPI, Protocol Buffers). - Experience using **Docker** for local development and **CI/CD** as a standard practice. - Demonstrated day-to-day fluency with **AI coding tools** (e.g., Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, ChatGPT)—able to explain where they help and where they don’t. - Comfortable stepping into **architectural or mentorship gaps** without needing a formal title. --- ## Total Rewards (Highlights) - Competitive salary and **equity** based on role - Flexible paid time off and parental leave programs - **100% paid-premium** medical, dental, and vision insurance - **Lifestyle stipend** - Flexible work-from-home policy; remote options available - Beautiful office in **Dallas (Deep Ellum)** for those who prefer in-office - Employee-led **DEI** initiatives --- ## Equal Opportunity Bestow values diversity and hires, recruits, and promotes regardless of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, pregnancy or maternity, veteran status, or any other status protected by applicable law.
