As we enter the next phase of rapid growth, we’re seeking people to help lead the journey—building the future of predictive maintenance. ## Role Summary As a **Senior Mobile Engineer**, you’ll be a senior, hands-on contributor on our mobile team, building and shaping our **Flutter** applications while staying fluent across the services that power them. The mobile experience supports field technicians, customer teams, and operational workflows where **reliability, clarity, and offline/real-world constraints** matter. You’ll spend the bulk of your time in **Flutter and Dart**, working as a comfortable full-stack engineer across the rest of the stack—collaborating closely with backend engineers on shared **REST and GraphQL** APIs, helping shape architecture and contracts, and setting strong technical direction while staying in the code. ## What You’ll Do - Build, test, and ship high-quality **Flutter** applications across **iOS and Android** - Shape mobile architecture and establish patterns/standards while remaining hands-on - Collaborate with backend engineers on shared **REST and GraphQL APIs**; weigh in on contracts and data-flow decisions - Prototype ideas quickly with product and design, then deliver durable, maintainable features - Apply a product engineering mindset with end-user focus and cross-platform impact from the start - Use and direct **AI-assisted development** (Claude Code, skills, MCP) and author skills/workflows to improve team velocity and quality - Work effectively across multiple product areas while maintaining technical consistency - Contribute to code reviews and mentor engineers - Troubleshoot and resolve issues end to end for customers and field technicians (e.g., using **Sentry** and **Datadog**) ## Qualifications - **5+ years** of software development experience - Strong, demonstrated expertise in **Flutter/Dart** and comfort working full-stack across backend services and APIs - Strong software architecture/design skills with willingness to stay hands-on - Demonstrated experience consuming and collaborating on **REST and GraphQL** APIs - Product engineering mindset: prototype quickly, then deliver well-architected features - Hands-on experience directing agentic coding tools and maintaining ownership of technical decisions - Strong debugging and performance optimization skills; experience with observability/monitoring (e.g., **Sentry**, **Datadog**) - Exceptional communication skills; able to lead technical discussions and present to stakeholders - Track record mentoring engineers and improving teams ## Nice to Have - Experience authoring AI skills, building **MCP** integrations, or designing agentic development workflows - **AWS** experience (AppSync, Lambda, Cognito) - Backend experience (e.g., **TypeScript** services like Hono/Zod/OpenAPI) - Expert-level experience with **BLoC** and advanced state management - Clean Architecture, Domain-Driven Design, or similar enterprise patterns - Local-first/offline data experience (e.g., Drift, SQLite) - Native platform experience (iOS/Android) for platform channel/debugging work - CI/CD experience (e.g., GitHub Actions, Fastlane) - IoT and Bluetooth integration experience for industrial/manufacturing device connectivity ## What We Offer - Competitive compensation package including **stock options*
