We’re not selling policies; we’re building the infrastructure that helps the industry move faster, reach more people, and deliver on its promise. **Work model:** Hybrid in Dallas, TX or Remote (US) — #LIREMOTE ### About the Team Bestow’s **TPA Operations Team** includes **Customer Experience (CX)**, **Customer Experience Operations (CXO)**, and **New Business & Underwriting Support (CM)**. The team owns the systems, processes, and performance mechanisms that enable Bestow to serve customers and carrier partners at scale—translating priorities into working systems and turning day-to-day operational reality into insights the business acts on. ### What You’ll Do You’ll serve as the operational right hand to operations leadership—turning intent into execution. This role is built for someone who thrives on breadth: building reporting, configuring systems, and driving cross-functional initiatives to completion. **Key responsibilities:** - **Operational Insight & Reporting** - Own operational reporting: dashboards, trending analyses, and performance reviews for leadership decisions - Diagnose root causes (efficiency, capacity, quality, customer outcomes) and translate findings into recommendations - Partner on forecasting, staffing, and productivity analysis to close gaps between planned vs. realized capacity - **Systems Ownership & Configuration** - Hands-on administration of operational and telephony systems (routing, skilling, queue design, IVR/self-service flows, user configuration) - Scope, configure, test, and deploy system changes with reliability in mind; document changes and validate impact - Partner with Engineering and Product to unblock dependencies and define requirements operationally - **Process Improvement & Program Execution** - Own end-to-end improvement initiatives (including the “middle” where most stall): problem definition → rollout → measurement - Act as the follow-through mechanism across partner/planning forums: capture commitments, track to closure, surface slippage early, and escalate with recommendations - Advocate for the roadmap: maintain visibility into product/engineering commitments and implications for operations - Enablement & scaled delivery with partners/vendors - Define success criteria for operational changes and partner with training/quality to ensure adoption - Lead and influence cross-functional working groups; mentor teammates and raise the operational bar - **AI & Automation** - Identify where AI/automation can remove manual effort, improve quality, or expand coverage—then build, pilot, and scale - Use AI tooling daily to accelerate analysis, documentation, and execution (and help the team do the same) ### Who You Are - **Experience:** 5–7 years in operations, business operations, service delivery, or similar execution-focused roles with increasing scope - **Industry knowledge:** Direct insurance experience (life insurance, policy administration, underwriting, or carrier/distribution operations). Adjacent fintech/regulatory experience with clear insurance exposure considered. - **Execution velocity:** Bias toward action—ship, iterate, and deliver useful outcomes quickly - **Follow-through:** Nothing you own goes quiet; drive commitments to decisio
