Our culture is people-centric, focused on mastery, ownership, and transparency. ### About the Role - **Hybrid role based in New York City** (expected **3 days/week** in the NYC office) - **East Coast working hours** ### As Our IT Delivery Engineer, You Will - Design, implement, and maintain systems and platforms supporting the internal IT environment - Administer and troubleshoot SaaS and endpoint management platforms including **Kandji, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Zoom**, and other core tools - Manage and improve device management and endpoint configuration across the global fleet using **MDM** platforms - Partner with **Security** and **Infrastructure** teams to meet security and compliance standards - Lead and contribute to IT infrastructure and service delivery improvement projects to increase reliability and operational efficiency - Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance IT service delivery, system management, and automation - Develop automation and tooling to streamline provisioning, configuration management, and operational workflows - Maintain accurate system configuration and asset data to support operational visibility and audits - Create and maintain documentation for IT systems, processes, and operational procedures - Collaborate cross-functionally across IT, Security, Engineering, and Operations to improve scalability and reliability ### You Are Likely To Succeed If - You have **4+ years** of experience in modern IT, systems engineering, or IT infrastructure supporting a distributed workforce - You have hands-on experience with **MDM/endpoint management** (Kandji, Jamf, or Intune) and core SaaS tools (Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Zoom) - You’ve led or significantly contributed to IT infrastructure/platform improvement projects (not just ticket queues) - You look for opportunities to automate and build tooling rather than repeat manual work - You can own ambiguous problems end to end in a fast-paced, global environment - You communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders - You’re motivated by measurable improvements to reliability, efficiency, and employee experience ### What We Offer - Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits - Career growth via a career ladder (manager or individual contributor), with regular career conversations - Flexible work hours, hybrid environment, **unlimited vacation**, generous **401K match**, parental leave, team events, wellness budget, learning reimbursement, and more (including monthly WFH budget for remote workers) - Health plan options starting at **no monthly out-of-pocket premium**, plus dental, vision, 401k match, and commuter benefits - Growth based on impact—focused on ownership, respect, and trust - **Annual base salary range:** anticipated **$112,500/year** (final compensation depends on ex
