They deliver reliable, secure, and scalable systems supporting employees, consumers, and enterprise partners. Functional teams include: product engineering, infrastructure, IT, data & analytics, mar-tech, and program management. --- ## Role: Senior Platform Engineer You’ll own the implementation of technical projects that improve the platform’s **scalability**, **reliability**, and **developer experience**. You’ll independently execute scoped initiatives, automate infrastructure, and build internal tools that help product teams move faster and safer. As you grow, you’ll take on ownership of more complex systems and begin influencing architectural choices and team processes. **Location:** Remote employees in the U.S. (48 contiguous states only) --- ## What You’ll Do - **Develop and maintain cloud infrastructure** - Implement and evolve infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform or Pulumi) - Automate and monitor Kubernetes-based platform and CI/CD pipelines - Improve repeatability, safety, and visibility through infrastructure tooling - **Support developer productivity** - Build CLI tools, shared libraries, and scripts to accelerate development workflows - Improve build/test/deploy loops to reduce developer friction - Help define standards for service configuration, secrets management, and app-level observability - **Contribute to platform resilience** - Build dashboards, alerts, and runbooks for platform-owned services - Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and follow-up improvements - Join a primary on-call weekly rotation - Propose and prototype improvements to availability, scalability, and cost efficiency --- ## Who You Are - **5+ years** of professional experience with cloud infrastructure (GCP, AWS, or Azure) - Familiar with **infrastructure-as-code** (Terraform or Pulumi) and **CI/CD** workflows - Writes clean, maintainable code; experience with at least one of: **Go, Python, Bash, TypeScript** - Hands-on experience using **AI agents** (e.g., Claude Code) for engineering tasks—directing agents with clear context, constraints, and planning - Experience with **Docker** and **Kubernetes** - Strong understanding of **version control** and participating in code reviews - Strong communicator; takes ownership and collaborates effectively - Eager to grow into more architectural and operational responsibilities --- ## Total Rewards - Competitive salary and equity - Flexible paid time off and parental leave programs - **100% paid-premium** option for medical, dental, and vision insurance - Lifestyle stipend - Flexible work-from-home policy; remote options available - Beautiful office in Dallas’ Deep Ellum (for those who prefer in-office) - Employee-led DEI initiatives **Recent Employer Awards** include: - Best Place for Working Parents (2023–2025) - Great Place t
